Dear Parent/Guardian:
Since your child attends a school in the Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda District that receives money for Title 1 services, we are required to provide you with certain information.

- All teachers employed by the District have met New York State qualification and licensing criteria for the grade levels and subject areas in which the teacher provides instruction.
- There are no teachers working under emergency or other provisional status where the licensing criteria have been waived.
- Initial instruction to students is always provided by a teacher, not a paraprofessional. When paraprofessionals or teacher aides work with students, they are following the lesson plans created by the teacher.
